How does your garden grow, Part III

Okay, here's the hardy orchid.

One of these days I'll even figure out how to put multiple photos in the same post with captions. But for now, this will have to suffice.

Lovely pictures! I've been moving towards more native plants in my garden, especially butterfly attracting plants, but I still have a soft spot for some of my hardier transplants, like the impatiens and gardenias.

The jasmine that covers our back fence is blooming now, and the perfume fills the air at night.

Dear Darlene,

Thanks. I enjoy taking flower pictures and am proud of our native plant selections. We had a lot of help. My wife worked with Carl Hunter on a wildflower meadow before he died. Carl showed us places to legally get native plants and talked with us about the best places to plant them.
